What is Vicedomini Cloud?
Vicedomini Cloud is the operating layer for your company’s software. Your company gets its own account, its own instance and its own data, and from there your team accesses the applications enabled for your organisation — instead of a collection of unrelated logins.
Is Vicedomini Cloud an ERP?
It can be. The invoicing platform is the first application available on Vicedomini Cloud, but the platform is designed to host several business applications behind the same company account — think of it as the layer underneath your company’s software, not just one more application.
What does “your own instance” mean?
Your company runs on its own deployment, with its own database and application environment. You never share the same instance or database with another customer.
Is our data shared with other companies?
No. Each company has its own database and deployment. Your organisation’s data belongs to your organisation and is logically isolated from every other customer.
Where is our data stored?
In the European Union, on AWS in Milan. Each company has its own database, backed up every night.
How does company access work?
Your team uses one company account to access the applications enabled for your organisation. Administrators decide who joins, with which role and which applications they can use, with no IT department required — two-factor authentication and passkeys are supported.
Can we connect our own software and build integrations?
Yes. Paid plans include API keys and OAuth clients, so your own applications and integrations can interact with your company environment within the limits of your plan.
Can different people have different permissions?
Yes. Access is managed at company level: administrators control team membership, roles and which applications each member can use.
Can we use our company branding?
Custom branding is available on selected plans. Enterprise customers can also discuss tailored branding and application requirements with us.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever and has no limit on members; what it includes is set by its features rather than by headcount.
How is pricing calculated?
Paid plans are priced on the number of members in your company account, in brackets: the more people, the lower the price per member. Set your team size in the calculator to see your exact price.
Can we change plan later?
Yes. Moving to a larger plan takes effect immediately and you pay only the difference for the rest of the period. Moving to a smaller plan, or switching between monthly and annual billing, takes effect at your next renewal.
How do we pay?
Create your company account, add your billing details and choose a plan from your billing settings. Payments are processed by Mollie and renew automatically each month or year.
What if we need something the plans don’t cover?
Get in touch and tell us what your company needs. We set up tailored company environments — additional applications, custom limits or a plan built around your organisation — and assign them to your company account.
